I have got a working OSSN installed on the the hoster one.com
The speed is terible, is there a way to increase the speed for this?
are there any settings or adjustments i can try to speed up the website

you can also use cloudflare to speed it up

Yes the speed is slow if cache is not enabled try to enable cache.
