the thing is, they have this script to install in all Softaculus page for so long, they have some previous versions of ossn, and most part of plugins and themes dont work...
its strange, and I really wich to move to this one...
check this one just to see the difference: http://www2.redetuga.pt
This one never let me down...
but I think osssn its a little bit better...

by means of your provider's filemanager, by FTP, SCP ... whatever you want.
