How do i enable Auto Validation for new users

I am using version 2.3. Sometimes in auto-validates new registering people sometimes it shoots them to unvalidated area in mu admin panel. is there a way to make everyone auto-validated without upgrading the version? Thanks a lot

There is auto user validation component available, please see our component repository.
