Thanks for providing error log, Sorin.
One of Ossn's prerequisites is to have the PHP Zip extension enabled (see https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/wiki/view/706/how-to-install-open-source-social-network)
And it seems your server has this extension disabled. Please contact your provider's support for more help on this subject.

I tried with 3.0 but so did components. When I click the upload appears to me that white page

Ossn version and component version must match.
Come2play is Version 2. And most likely you are running Ossn Version 3.

Its make no sense to put component file in public_html/components.
Go to yourwebsite.com/administrator/com_installer to upload component after that
Go to yourwebsite.com/administrator/components to find and enable it.
