Upload Photo cannot display on new feed, profile photo and cover photo

When i started install ossn version 3.9 i try to upload photo on the wall new feed and change profile photo and cover photo unfortunately are not display images. how can i fix that error thanks.

Please help some issue. :)

Turn on Ossn Error Reporting from Ossn Admin Panel

Repeat action that does not work (e.g. change profile photo)
With FTP tool of your choice enter Ossn installation directory and download "error_log"

Open file with any text editor and read/provide information
