Developer form SOFTLAB24 fixed the issue. This issue can be closed now.

All core component names start with Ossn......

see documentation: https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/wiki/view/739/naming-convention-for-creating-components

hi. thanks Zet Man. the site had begun to load just takes a few minutes. i followed your advice anyway. it still moves slow. getting such log reports as:

mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 300 seconds, referer: https://www.nationtime.org/login

Premature end of script headers: index.php, referer: https://www.nationtime.org/login

Disable cache and any 3rd party components. If this doesn't make a difference, copy 4.0 installation package again onto your website. Check for transmission errors in your FTP tool, and after the transfer is complete make sure that the installation directory is readable by apache. In doubt consult your provider.
