i created a new file called create_table.sql
how do make my component register that to the database

cool,but what i meant was how do i create a database with my plugin to write ossn database for example..create database for hashtag..

I am writing a example code below:
$fetch = new OssnDatabase;
$params['from'] = 'my_table';
$params['wheres'] = array("id='1'");
$data = $fetch->select($params, true);
my_table = The name of your table.
