New Component for Signup Age Available

If anyone needs it, I have modified the 18years component to be suitable for those wishing to allow 13 years old and up to sign up on their OSSN powered community site.

Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
