Members can't upload pic or edit profile image with mobile phone in v4.0 version

Change of profile picture is disabled on mobile, but you can still able to edit profile.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
