Hi their, I am new to this so bear with me. I am having a problem installing ossn on my web server I have followed the install instructions and it is still not doing it.

My web host provider use a ip address for database server instead of localhost and when I am installing it I get the following : phpnetworkgetaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known .

I have tried several time to get this to work and still no luck. I have had no luck with the data folder all I get is : Invalid data directory or directory is not writeable., and I have input the right path as I uploaded a php file to give me the correct path to the folder, and it is set to chmod 755.

I would be geatful if someone could take the time to try and assist me in getting this to work. Thank............
