I understand but have added four different e-mail notifications in the field and the site does not send registration confirmation email.
In Administrator----Site Settings----Basic, make sure you have a valid email address in the field Site Notification email that has the ability to send out email. Your site will use that email address to send validation emails upon a user registering.
