I am using the facebook theme. Is there away to change the word "Sponsored" on the Sponsored Ad section on the right side and change it to Suggested Websites?

The language string can be found in components/OssnAds/locale/ossn.en.php
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
