Hello!
I want to make the menu bar appear so fixed. You do not need to click on the button

It would be nice if this would only work on desktop version because if you use this method, then your mobile page has the menu blocking the wall so I disabled this mod.

If you make sidebar fixed , the users with larger screen won't able to see the ads bars due to chat long bar.
You can make it open by editing the file:
themes\goblue\plugins\default\theme\page\elements\sidebar.php
and replacing :
<div class="sidebar">
With:
<div class="sidebar sidebar-open">
