Hello thereI want the membership to be approved by admin to approve the admin so I want to enter the site after visitors fill out a registration form is such a thing possible

A person registers on the network, but can not access until the administrator authorizes it.

I am assuming you want a visitor to complete the registration form and then be able to start using the site automatically? Without you having to approve each request?
