when I Try to load instalation screen on my domain the page looks like no styling no next button like screan shot below:
Then if i do ANYTHING at all even load another file into that folder I will get
Internal Server Error 500
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log but i cannot get them.
also, when I delete htacess i can see all like in screan shot... than again comes error 500 ... :/
Any ideas what might be going on here?

The error usually means your server isn't configured correctly.

Sorry, forgot to mention.
I had an error showing Mod_rewrite was not working and
This is some extra information about when u try to do the workaround for the Mcrypt using
yourwebsite.com/installation/?page=settings
Try and enter all correct details...(the error messages will work properly when submitting the form!) when u land on a 500 page as well even when all values are correct. install mcrypt... this does not show up in any arror logs!

Might be a bit late.. but i had the same problem.
Somehow my installation had not included mcript
Try running yum install php56w-mcrypt
if using php56w

Make sure you have installed php all extensions:
apt-get install php5 libapache2-mod-php5 php5-mcrypt
Also at last make sure mod_rewrite is enabled in apache.
