Anyone else having a problem with 4.1 where only 10 users are displayed by the admin list users? No pagination is shown. Any ideas of what could be causing it?

The problem was being caused by list.php in the Verified Account component. All good now, thanks for the help.

Using an earlier custom theme, but tried the default theme with 4.1. Will re-install it from scratch and see how it goes.
