how can i show the home page at www.myweb.com ????
because it is showing in www.myweb.com/ossn
how do i remove ossn directory ????

What do you mean with 'exact way'?
The necessary steps are already mentioned by Arsalan below your posting.
And yes ... a community adminstrator should have at least a basic knowledge of how to create, move, edit and un/zip files and he should be familiar with the directory structure of his server.

moving these files will it create any issues? and is there a feed that tells the exact way to do it?
