Hi. I am looking for someone who can make me a theme that uses the Google Material Design! Thanks, and more info is below.
I have some resources, if you'd like to use them and how I want it to look like.

Its a good resource but OSSN feature version shall be based on bootstrap framework because all components are developers are urged to develop their layouts based on bootstrap framework so it should work with all bootstrap themes.
