To make the entire re-design will take several days to reach from a draft to a final mockup and then we have the implementation of PSD into a theme on OSSN.
As you can imagine it will take some time to do all this.

We charge $30 per hour, i would say that is a project for 12 or 15 days(at least) with testing.
