Hello there.
Impressive work happening here by OSSN Team.
My question, I see several language packs components available.
If I install one of them, my site becomes multilingual?
Or, it just replaces current language?

You can upload those folders to public_html/

I see two folders
one; components
second; locale
and both these folders already exist at /public_html.
Yeah, inside those folders, there are files with name as ossn.[languageid].php
So I upload only the files within those folders?
If yes, then I have to upload files one by one accordingly?
I am trying to upload language tagalog.

Make sure the folder in language zip file contain ossn.[languageid].php only not others files

So I will extract the files and simply upload them to /public_html folder.
But I did see same folder name exists there.
I guess, if I upload, it will replace the already existing folders?

Yes OSSN support multiple languages. Please note that language packs are not installed using component installer.
