where to edit the newsfeed layout template (black OSSN) to add an add before the block used to post a new photo or status ?

Not mainly the sidebar but the main column in the center.
But I need to modify also the sidebar because the admin settings is not very useful instead of full HTML.

You want to edit ads on sidebar (right side) of newsfeed page?

You mean the black theme ? are you using Ossn v3.x ?
