Hiding viewing a post from a user? If a post is offensive, how to hide the display, report or report the post and the user?

A component need to be created for that purpose, which add a menu item called 'Report Post'
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
