Tamas Kempf Posted in Technical Support 10 years ago

Hi!

I had zPanel.

I can't install OSSN because the installer show this message.

I created this directory, and "chown apache:apache ossn_data"

After that, I give that command: "chmod -R 777 ossn-data"

But still on that message. Whats the problem?

I created two folder in the root.

ossn_data and kozosseg(community in hungarian lang)

I modified the vhost documentroot to kozosseg directory.

Now the ossn_data are writeable and readable.

Ugh...

ossn_data is same user with the ossn directory. (apache).

If I select an another websites directory created in the zPanel... the same error message I get...

Ossn files and ossn_data directory should be owned by same user.

Make sure ossn_data is readable by apache user.
