Any chances that the windows ossn messenger will become free and will it's source code will be released ?
Also will it be ported to an phone app?

Sorry i can not answer the question , contact the team who developed messenger.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
