Hi there,
I have prepared and tested a romanian language pack version1.0 .The zip container can be downloaded from here Romanian Language Pack
(I am not sure how to add to the rest of the language packs.) - Added to the Language packs section .Please visit that Language pack section to download.

Romanian language is now part of core, thank you for providing the language pack.
