@Stefan keyes I still didn't understand exactly you reply, but its allowed in every open source software that you can charge your members.

Im pretty sure that would be against all open source code rules of any kind unless you wrote the whole website your self no? if you want money for hosting the safest legal way to do that would be to add ad's to your site. wont generate much but its the safest way unless you get OSSN's permission to charge users

You mean you wanted that your users should pay before using your website?
