I would like to know how I can upgrade the premium version of ossn 4.2 to ossn premuim 4.3.1

Is this mean't to work with ossn premium ?
I have backed up the database and the whole site
why is it telling me to delete everything expect except the folder named configurations and your Ossn data directory. That mean I am deleting my old data
