In admin panel there is no option to (option for user list ) but its not show user ip and not option to make moderator not admin ...
how to do.....

You can switch the type of user (Administrator/Normal) from your Ossn Admin panel
Usermanager -> List Users -> Edit -> Type.
As for displaying the IP address: Ossn is not collecting information like that by default. If you need it with your site, you may add it by programming a component.
