How i add new item in user profile?

I would like to insert a new item in the user profile.
how do I do that?

For example: size, weight, eye color

Thanks for the "very detailed" information ;)

SignupFields is unfortunately not suitable because the data must be entered at the registration.

And to be able to programming a new component, I simply lack too much information
