Once again here I installed Ossn on my test server only when I immediately in the admin panel of an error and when I try to access the homepage it is only with an infinite loading symbol. Follow the error photo: http://i.imgur.com/ELyhWaX.png

It worked, thank you, just one more question this command I gave in mysql can decrease security?

You need disable strict mode in mysql, please run following from mysql console
SET @@global.sql_mode= "";
