Is it some kind of hosting service?
I don't know this one, but I installed OSSN on a shared hosting using only Cpanel.
I'm not sure if I am able to help you, but at least, I have the good will of trying.
What's your doubt, anyway.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
