How do I setup a demo only Ossn site?

I'm coming up with a site at http://homelancer.net that I could showcase some components that I'm working on.

I want the above mentioned site to be similar to http://demo.opensource-socialnetwork.org/ where there are restrictions to functionalities like install components and such.

I understand it could be the OssnDemo component? But there's no means of obtaining the OssnDemo or is there?

Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
