Hello, I found well the file " ossn.fr.php, but I do not know how to install (it) to have ossn in French language. Anybody could he indicate to me in detail? Thank you.

the French translation comes already included with the Ossn zip package. You don't have to install it separately. Simply switch your site's language to French from your Ossn admin panel:
Site Settings --> Basic --> Default Language --> French
and click Save.
