how we can develop the social network i need to know this is open source so how wee can make changes

You can enhance your social network with so-called 'components and/or by creating your own theme.
There are serveral docs and how-tos available at

Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
