Hello,
About what i understood, the refresh is made 12 times per minute (so all the 5 seconds).
My database cannot support so many refreshes (or i need to take a VPS hosting and it is expensive ... my network is free so i cannot allow a such spend).
Is it possible to space the frequence of refresh of the network ?

You can try to disable the OssnChat , if it didn't solves your issue, you have to change your hosting provider, or choose the VPN, you can get VPS at low price from https://hostingandvps.com/billing/cart.php?gid=1 or from https://vpsie.com/
