In the beginning you reported an Ossn mailer problem with www.ossn.my-mos.com/ossn

but you installed the testscript on my-mos.com/extra/ - that's a diffent domain!

I have just checked it - and it's working, yes.
But that doesn't mean it would work on your other domain, too.
So, please copy the same script to www.ossn.my-mos.com/ossn and verify from there.

1.) Did the hostinger mailer code example work for you?
2.) If not - did you get feedback from hostinger why, and what is going wrong?

When you connect the SMTP component what do you see while you save the settings in administrator panel fo SMTP? did your connection succeed when yous save SMTP settings or not?

i install SMTP component form github and fill configuration still not send and same error in reset form

Contact hostinger support about what's special with their mailer.
Maybe you need to use the Ossn SMTP component.
