Could someone make a romanian translation file for the contact page , please ? Or , at least , to explain me how to do it ? Thanks in advance .

You have to translate "Contact Form" too.
You'll find it in /components/Contact/plugins/default/forms/contact/administrator/contactform.php

Go to components/Contact/locale/ copy ossn.en.php to ossn.ro.php and then change line in file at bottom to ossn_register_languages("ro", $en); and translate the English strings to your language.
