I would like to know if it is possible to create in-site purchases on our ossn Website, If So, How?

Hmm, that answer is a little misleading ,,,
Actually, this component is meant for restricting your site to paid membership, only. That's all, no further functionality inside.
In case you were looking for kind of a 'Webshop' component - the answer is: currently not available.
