I have tried several times to upload a large mp4. Have changed file upload size in htacess and can upload wmv larger than 128m but not mp4. Any ideas out there?

changed in WHM. Server is set to accept large files but OSSN stops uploads of over 128m at 10%

Thanks, went to the file manager in cpanel but there is no ossn info archive or file, I do have the phpinfo file however. The server reflects the following

The way how to change your PHP settings depends on your server environment.
Have a look into https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/wiki/view/1974/how-to-increase-your-server039s-upload-file-size-limit.
In case both ways don't work please contact your service provider
