I wanted to know if someone created a mailer component to be able to send notifications to members. An example would be , I f I made an update to privacy or Terms and Conditions, or features they can take advantage of.
This featured definitely would need to be created to allow users to opt out if they wanted from their profile page.

You shouldn't be using OSSN to send mass mail out will result in blocking your server. You can use user import component and then you can send emails using some 3rd email service.
