Audio/video call component installed but unable to use

Hi,
I installed audio/video call component but i am unable to find any button or link where I can start that service. Can anyone help me understand how to use this or give me a link to document/video from where I can get an idea how to use it.

P.S: I have already enabled the component.

Can I replace this with webex? as webex has better features.

You can find button in user profile at right panel on desktop/laptop
i dont know its show in mobile or not
