Is there anything that will allow admin to add more site pages? and they can title them whatever they wish. Such as FAQ, advertising, etc. This would be a great add.

You should take a look into the Blog component, you can Clone the component and create something like SitePages so your page appears as mywebsite.com/sitepages/mypageid/sometitle
