Hi, is there possible from admin section add about, terms and privacy with multi language?
like if user change to English show in English if user change to Spanish show in Spanish etc?

Good news:
The upcoming 4.1 release of the Language Selector ( https://www.softlab24.com/product/view/1479/language-selector ) will support multilanguage sitepages.

well we have the component that allows change language in a drobdownlist even before the user logs in algo get the browser culture..

Since the basic idea of these site pages is to inform potential new members BEFORE registering, and you don't know their native tongue in advance, it makes much more sense to have ALL available translations in ONE file.
The site pages editor comes with enough capabilities to even add pics or back and forth anchors to achieve a comfortable scrolling through longer paragraphs.
