My site is more based about our local community.
I have been asked if it could be made more global...I was wondering if it would be possible to make it to where you can make a group and then make multiple groups within that group. Let's say I made a group called USA and since I live in Arizona I want to make a group inside the group USA for Arizona or if you lived in California you could make a group for California in the USA group and so on and so on.
That way each country could have a primary group and make sub groups within that primary group.

Okay so what you are saying is a person can make a category and then from that it can have several groups made within that category just like a forum.

It is possible, the thing we need is to create categories. So you can assign groups to different categories.
Forexample:
USA ( Add group in this category )
