This website interface is suitable for both laptops and desktop computers. Click on the photo or video icon in the comment section to download what you want to share. getting over it
File uploads do not seem to work within comments on posts for my instance.

You can only uploaded photos in comments or wall posts, but you can embed a video links in wall post like youtube video link etc.

All I have ever had to do is:
Click on the little camera.
Press choose file. Then select my file.
Then enter your text then click on post.
