Url encoding returns mod_security error

Eduardo Corrêa Posted in Technical Support 5 years ago

My OSSN test environment installation returns a mod_security error after clicking to see notifications:

Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

This error does not happen when I change the url by manually changing the characters "%2F" for /

How to fix it?

@RENATO, ask your provider to see what rule caused that error and ask them to disable rule for your account.

Mod Security is an application of the webserver, you should look with your hosting provider to remove this rule.
