how did you have to do to add more parameter when user search in the top searchbar? i want to add email as parameter

There are 2 free components which extend search functionality - WhoIsOnline (as Z-Man already said) which allows you to search for online users; and Search Posts which searches content of posts. Looking through the source of either one should help you figure out what you need to do.
