Everyone forgetting that Ossn is not a tool to send mass emails and newsletter because for sending newsletter you need a provider that handles such type of mails and have a tools to design and manage these emails.

Like Dominik said use the correct platform for newsletters

Why not just using a known provider like CleaverReach?

Use Users Export (CSV) component to export user data and then import it to cleverreach

There used to be a component on here called Mailer or something like that but I cant find it anymore. Let me see if I can find something or come up with something for you. In the mean time, you can export all users to CSV and get the email addresses that way and comprise your own email list by using the Text to Columns feature in excel and choose comma delimited.
