I get this message when a video file is upload to my website.
I have installed ffmpeg in my VPS, but this message still comes up.
However when I click on the video, it starts to play.
I need clues on fixing this problem.

Seems you no entered the binary path in admin panel. Further this requests relates to softlab24 product, your question should be answered there.
