1: Editing top bar. How do I change the color?
2: Editing logo ”OPENSOURCE 4U+OI”
3: Editing text: WELCOME...CREATE GROUPS,...
4: Editing text: It's free and always will be.

1: Arsalan Shah I edited exception.css from themes/goblue/plugins/default/css. but it does not change, I disabled cache

In css file themes/goblue/plugins/default/css/ make sure you disable cache in admin panel before doing so
In themes/goblue/images/
In language file local/ossn.en.php
Same as above
